Planning permission turned down despite lots of local park uses in favour
One Way System
A few years ago the SPRA membershiup gave the then committee a mandate to push forward a one way system on Otter Street and Kingston Street. Subsequent committees have tried their best to get a one way system in this area - your thoughts please?!
